INF_SYSTEM_READY Message Never Appears In dm_timos.Log? (Doc ID 1261125.1)

The start_dm_timos script won't finish until it sees the INF_SYSTEM_READY message appear in the dm_timos.log. TIMOS appears to start successfully but never reports that message so the script loops for a very, very long time.
