BRM Billing Duplicates The Cycle Forward Events

After upgraded BRM from 7.2.1 to 7.4 in September, we see that BRM generates 2 duplicate cycle forward events for the same period and same product whereas the accounts have only one of this product. The accounts were created in BRM721 and the problem happened only with subscription service.

Billing was executed in Sep after upgrade, where Aug has not been billed yet before upgrade.
This behavior happened in these two bill cycles generated:
10 Aug. – 10 Sep.
10 Sep. – 10 Oct.
