500301001 Error when Auto Schedule (Doc ID 1262024.1)

Symptoms

The following error message appears when user clicks the [Auto Schedule] button at Case Form >> Regulatory Reports tab.

This occurs for both 'ARGUS J USER' UserType users with JAPAN agency and 'ARGUS USER' UserType users with UNITED STATES agency.


ERROR MESSAGE:

On Japanese screen for ARGUS J USER type user:

エラー番号: 500301001 詳細: Advanced condition "<ac-name>" error for <country> domestic for report E2B SQL: There was an error scheduling report for Advanced Condition ID - <ac-id>



On English screen for ARGUS USER type user:

Error No: 500301001 Description: Advanced condition "<ac-name>" error for <country> domestic for report E2B SQL: There was an error scheduling report for Advanced Condition ID - <ac-id>




STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
===================
1) Create an Advanced Condition with an SQL statement.
2) Create an Expedited Report Rule and set the created Advanced Condition to the Expedited Report Rule.
3) Create a Case with a product which matches with the created Expedited Report Rule.
4) Go to Case Form >> Regulatory Reports tab and click the Auto Schedule button.

The following SQL statements are only example to show the statement structure that occurs this symptom. The real SQL statements are much more longer and complex than the below. Users create such long and complex SQL statements and set up for Products and Licenses, Advanced Conditions, and Expedited Report Rules with hours works, then encounters this error at Auto Scheduling in Case Form.
