When attempting to log into the Network Charging and Control (NCC) Service Management System (SMS) Screens, the SMS Login dialog returns the error message "Login Failed. Username locked or invalid" as shown below:
- The mentioned error message is associated with one of following Oracle ORA errors (ORA-01017,ORA-28000):
