Creating an Alternate Screens Super User for Account Management (Doc ID 1262888.1)

Goal

This article covers the procedure of creating an alternate Super User account in the Service Management System (SMS) Screens.  This new user will only have permission to unlock any locked user accounts and reset any user password (this includes the original super user account).
