Routing Info Error In Retail Integration Bus (RIB) When Publishing 'SOStatus' Message From External System To Retail Merchandising System (RMS) (Doc ID 1263466.1)

When publishing a 'SOStatus' message from an external system to RMS the following error occurs for the  adapter 'ewSOStatusToSOStatusATFromRIB'  Transformation, Address Filtering/Routing (TAFR) error Hospital :

Error Processing RibMessage: caused by
CONSUMER_DIRECT is not found in Routing Info

How to avoid the above error and get the message published?
