Splitting Open Amount Calculates Incorrectly If Settlement Amount Greater Than 999 (Doc ID 1263728.1)

In testing DSM, we have found that on the Link / Split screen, if the Settlement Amount is 4 digits or more (ie, greater than 999), when the user enters an amount to split out, the Open Amount calculates incorrectly. In my testing this incorrect calculation always showed an Open Amount that was negative. If the user then hits OK, the system still splits and creates a settlement for the incorrect amount. Note, if the user is Splitting a settlement that is less than 999, Splitting shows a correct Open Amount.
