Need Clarification On Apr 2010 CPU Patch For RDBMS 9.2.0.8 And Oracle Clinical Patch 4.5.1.63 (Doc ID 1263914.1)

The Apr 2010 CPU for the Oracle Clinical 4.5.3 environment for RDBMS 9.2.0.8 is <Patch 9352224>.
The release note for this CPU patch <Note 1063379.1> advises that patch OC4.5.1.63 is required.
However, the release note for Oracle Clinical 4.5.1.63 <Note 565645.1> has a note in BOLD warning NOT to apply this patch on a Oracle Clinical 4.5.3 environment.

<Note 1063379.1> - Oracle Life Sciences Applications Critical Patch Update Note April 2010 - states the following:

If you apply this patch to your database and you are using OC then you will need to get OC 4.5.1.63 (6814589) (which obsoletes OC 4.5.1.56 (6059123) and OC 4.5.1.41 (5698419)) or OC 4.5.0.60 (5577773) patch for compatibility with the package specification changes made by the CPU patch.

<Note 565645.1> - Oracle Clinical Release 4.5 Patch OC_4.5.1.63 for Bug 6814589 Release Notes states the following:

Compatible: OC 4.5.1, OC 4.5.2. DO NOT apply this patch to OC 4.5.3.

This is contradictory.  Does the Oracle Clinical 4.5.1.63 patch need to be applied with the Apr 2010 CPU Patch?
