WAM 1.8.1 / Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)

Per documentation to Maximize All Windows in 1.8 you add the "Maximize All Windows" as a key_name and add 'Y' as key_value. One is not seeing "Maximize All Windows" in the LOV for key_name.
