Time Model Feature In Realtime Discounting (Doc ID 1264920.1)

Symptoms

Requirement is to use Time Model feature in realtime-discounting. In fact it is of using time based peek-offpeak charges for discounts and Time Model feature would be best for implementing this.

To be very precise the requirement is as described below:


- 5PM-5AM is off-peak time.
- Thursday and Friday full day is off-peak.
- 11th Aug 2010 to 9th Sep 2010 are special days.
- 10th Sep 2010 is special day.
- Peak time voice rate is USD 2 per minute. 
- Off peak voice rate has 50% of discount on original rate (USD 1 per minute). 
- During special days 11th Aug 2010 to 9th Sep 2010, call rate has 75% of discount on original rate (USD 1.5 minute). 


How can it be achievable through Time Model feature?

Is the Time Model feature available in Real-time discounting? Is there any alternative to achieve this requirement?
