Goal
In some applications (like fun dial) the "180 Ringing" event is very important. The application server must receive it to work properly. However, by default, OCSB sends "180 Ringing" message is in unreliable way. If transport is UDP, it can be lost. It is not guaranteed, that the AS will receive it.
The question is, how we can configure OCSB to send 180 Ringing message with the reliable method. (OCSB sends 180, AS responds with PRACK, OCSB responds with OK).
