CCB Experiences 404 Error When Accessing The 'c1\images\mrEstimate.gif' File (Doc ID 1265556.1)

Symptoms

If the user searches for a customer account via Control Central this attempts to access the 'c1\images\mrEstimate.gif' file which may cause a 404 "Not Found" error. On load-balanced instances, this has the effect of causing users to be logged out of the system.
