Customer Center Doesn't Show 'Primary Number' Flag For GSM Number (Doc ID 1265628.1)

Customer Center doesn't show primary number information for GSM NUMBER device.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open an existing account with TELCO/GSM/TELEPHONY and GPRS services.
Then  go to Services tab, select the TELCO/GSM/TELEPHONY service, check on the "Primary number" field,  then save the changes.
The "Primary number" flag is checked (for another service on the same account, e.g. GPRS, it still stays unchecked).
2. Click "Refresh".
3. Select TELCO/GSM/TELEPHONY service again, now "Primary number" field is not checked anymore, although on the database the value is set as expected.
