During user acceptance testing, found a behaviour different from the one seen in the environment before patching 188.8.131.52, which was 184.108.40.206.
Before 220.127.116.11, "Expedited" (in mixed or lower cases) was accepted in the Value field for the Case Priority parameter in the Query Parameters window.
However, after 18.104.22.168, it is not accepted and the following message appears on the bottom of the window.
EN-20144 Expedited is not a valid code. Double click in the field to see a list of valid codes.
The same thing happens to the Case Type parameter in the Query Parameters window.
