MetaSolv Solution Default Printer Issue In Citrix Environment

The printing problems listed below occur when the MetaSolv Solution application is accessed via Citrix.
1. Only the default printer from the user's machine is listed as an available printer. All other printers on the user's machine are not listed.
2. If the default printer is changed on the user's machine to print to another printer, the previous default printer is still listed and the user must re-login through Citrix to use the new default printer.
