Bill_now Failed With No_mem Error

When bill_now process has been executed for account with many subordinates it failed with error PIN_ERR_NO_MEM.
Process itself lasts 2.5 hours and then failed with mentioned error.
Account for which BILL_NOW failed is parent account.
It has 4319 subordinate accounts.
All accounts have 26599 purchased products.
