After upgrading the Argus Safety database from v4.2 SP1 HF2 to v5.0, the DBInstaller displayed a message saying that:
"ORACLE Text is mandatory. Please press OK button to enable ORACLE Text."
After enabling ORACLE Text successfully and then upgrading the Argus database from v5.0 to v5.0.1, the DBInstaller displayed the same message again and I had to enable ORACLE Text again.
Does this mean that I will have to enable ORACLE Text after every upgrade?
Is there a way to do this just once?
