Symptoms

In an environment where CCB is configured to utilise both English and Chinese languages, if a user is logged in using Chinese and browses to the Report History screen, the pop up search window is not populated with Chinese characters.

In the Report History screen itself, Chinese characters are displayed correctly, however, when clicking on a search result record from grid, the system pops up new window to redirect to Crystal Report server. The CCB standard page 'instances.jsp' shows 'garbage' characters instead of the correct Chinese characters.
