EBIZ To APCC OBIEE SSO Integration Not Working For Windows OS (Doc ID 1267499.1)

Symptoms

 In an R12.1.3 Test Instance:

Note the following scenario:

Using Advanced Planning Command Center (APCC). The OBIEE environment used for this is based on a Windows OS which is not in the same network domain as that of the Ebiz Suite. While accessing the APCC Dashboard from the Ebiz suite, it is prompting for the OBIEE Username/Password. When using a Windows OS in the same network domain, it is working fine i.e. it is directing one to the required APCC dashboard. However, in this case, the requirement is to use a Windows OS for OBIEE which is not in the same network domain.

In order to reproduce:
Log into Ebiz Value Chain Planning Suite > Responsibility : Sales & Operations Planning Analyst > Dashboard.
It is prompting for the OBIEE user/password.

As a workaround:
One can use the OBIEE user/password to log into the APCC dashboards.
