In one customer system, it has been observed that the Pipeline startup time has increased considerably and it now takes 12+ hours to come up and start processing files. The earlier startup times were 1.5 to 2 hours.
From the process log, see below for example, the various Pipelines configured in the registry have taken a long time to get activated :
