Symptoms

After unblinding, Symptoms that are associated with a Diagnosis are appearing in the Event Assessment tab despite the "Event Assessment On" parameter (in Argus Console) being set to "Diagnosis".  
Per product design only unassociated Symptoms should be displayed.
