Incremental ETL is failing with the following error:

Error Messages:
ORA-00001: Unique constraint (APR_MART:PK_RPT_CASE_SUMMARY_REPORTS) violated Error during data population info rpt_case_Summary for new reports (CASE_ID: XXXXXX)

Steps to Repeat:
1. Open a case that contains expedited reports and the case is already present in the MART database
2. Add a significant follow-up to the case
3. Remove an expedited report from the case
4 . Save the case
5. Run the incremental ETL in Insight
6. Observe that incremental ETL fails with the following error:

Error Messages:
ORA-00001: Unique constraint (APR_MART:PK_RPT_CASE_SUMMARY_REPORTS) violated Error during data population info rpt_case_Summary for new reports (CASE_ID: XXXXXX)
