Error While Calling Pcm_op_subscription_transition_plan Using Cycle_arrear Products (Doc ID 1268294.1)

Symptoms

When plan transition of a plan with options with a deal which has a product with Monthly Cycle Arrear Event is made with another plan with options with a deal which has a product with Monthly Cycle Arrear Event then the system throws an error and therefore cannot make plan transition.

Replication Steps:
1. Create two cycle_arrear products/deals and corresponding plans (plan with options)
2. Set plan A can transition to Plan B as upgrade
3. Create account using plan A
4. Using Customer Center , try to make plan transition to plan B
