The ACS Management Control Plan is delivered with ACS (Advanced Control Services), and can be used to make changes to Service Numbers over the phone using IVR (Interactive Voice Response) prompts and text entry.
Changing the terminating number of an UnconditionalTerminate or Terminate to Pending Node.
Altering the exit of a Dynamic Switch Node in another Control Plan.
A number of additional conditions must be met to use the "ACS Management" Control Plan successfully; see the ACS User Guide for more information.
The ACS Self-Care Control Plan does not change the Dynamic Switch node exit of a Control Plan, despite the EDR record indicating everything was successful.
