ERR_CUSTOMER_ACCOUNT_NOT_FOUND For The Owner Of Charge Sharing Group

ERR_CUSTOMER_ACCOUNT_NOT_FOUND error is thrown in a charge sharing scenario, where owner of the charge sharing group is /service/telco/tp_sharing service and the member is /service/telco/tp_fixed/telephony service.

Error is thrown after proper calculation of charge packets and discount packets, so proper group was found, proper sponsorship was found. But there is a problem at the end of processing the edr.
