A catalog change request is routed to an approval title. Another user not on the routing goes to the header of the change request and approves it. The alert to the approval title does not disappear and the change request remains in the approval portal. The change request is completed by another user (apply changes). When the approval title acts on the change request and agrees to it, the change request status is changed to approved.
