Purpose

The purpose of this document is to establish Best Practice for running Averify utility. This will streamline the process and avoid inaccuracies reported on systems.  This will also help to reduce the number of Service Requests created for this activity and improve time-to-resolution.

Scope

The scope is limited to Agile PLM versions 9.0.0.0 through 9.3.x.x running on Oracle 9i, 10g, 11g, 12c, and 19c databases.
