CM Child Changes To Root Mode After PIN_ERR_CREDIT_LIMIT_EXCEEDED Error

In a CRM installation using brands, when calling PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_PURCHASE_DEAL opcode, we got the PIN_ERR_CREDIT_LIMIT_EXCEEDED error, and the same connection changed to root mode for some operations.

Reproduction Steps

1. Running testnap with brand user/password
2. Call PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_PURCHASE_DEAL opcode for purchasing a deal to a prepaid customer without enough credit. It returns  PIN_ERR_CREDIT_LIMIT_EXCEEDED error (the product has not checked the check box of the option for exceeding credit limt).
3. From the same testnap session, create an account for the brand.

This account is not created for the brand, but the root.

Expected Result

The account is created under the brand.
