Symptoms

After authenticating through Oracle Access Manager or Oracle Single Sign On and redirecting to the Web Access login page, one of the following exceptions occur:

Web SSO authenticated, but no user exists in Primavera P6

User is authenticated through WebSSO, but there is no user in Primavera P6
