Symptoms
When rating a CDR, the file is rated but the .out file generated does not have a balance record, so it can not be loaded by REL. The root cause was, the price model step was missing for that rate plan configuration.
If the price model step is configured, it rates perfectly fine. But we need to know why there is no error generated when it is missing. Ideally, one would expect that this record should be rejected during the rating process if the price model step is missing.
