In order to extract the child data for cf_ft, a method to extract the parent data for cd_ft_type as mentioned in the description is missing.

The following inquiries are raised:
A- Is Batch EXTLKUP the correct batch to use?
B- Inquiries regarding Batch Submission for BI Extract Batch EXTLKUP:
1- No parameter INITIAL-LOAD-SW exists. How can an initial load be performed?
2- What value should be provided for parameter FIELD-NAME?

The goal is to make an initial extract followed by incremental. Target Table: CD_FT_TYPE .
