Customer Center Is Unable To Show Events Associated With A Given Item

The reported issue is:
There are accounts wherein the SMS usage is around 10,000+ CDR. When customer tries to see the events associated with the given item, CC screen goes blank (Balance->Bill in Progress-> SMS). In production the same figure goes to 40,000+.
The issue occurs even if we set the following values:
- dm dm_bigsize 2147483647
- dm dm_shmsize 2147483647
