Goal
The stack BRM-AIA-Siebel is used as part of the create/update the customer accounts. The BRM opcode(PCM_OP_AR_GET_ACCT_ACTION_ITEMS) is used to retrieve the information to be shown in the Siebel payment screen. The values from the following fields cannot be extracted to be used for showing on the siebel screen.
The need is to know if it is possible to extend the BRM API "PCM_OP_AR_GET_ACCT_ACTION_ITEMS" to support extracting the values from the following fields:
a. Receipt Number
EVENT_BILLING_PAYMENT_CASH_T.RECEIPT_NO
b. Payment Channel
EVENT_BILLING_PAYMENT_T.CHANNEL_ID
c. Payment Location
EVENT_T.DESCR
