Error In DM_ORACLE During Billing While Reading Table 'event_item_transfer_buf_t' (Doc ID 1271836.1)

Symptoms

When running billing for the migrated legacy accounts (using Conversion Manager Tool - CMT), there were errors reported from dm_oracle as shown below:

One can see in the dm_oracle pinlog that error is thrown while attempting to read the data (buffer) in the table event_item_transfer_buf_t.
