SLEE Application "slee_acs" Has Produced A Core File due a late USSD Response to a Pre-Call Notification (Doc ID 1273016.1)

SLEE Application "slee_acs" is periodically crashing and producing a core dump.


Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD) is being used for Pre-Call Notifications which are sent from a Send USSD Notification Node (USSN) within a Control Plan. 

The "-retgt" (return Global Title) parameter has also been changed to correctly set originating GT of the outbound USSD-Notify to the GT of the Service Logic Controller (SLC).

The change to the "-retgt" will ensure the returnResult for the USSD notification from the Home Location Register (HLR) arrives at the originating SLC as per the Mobile Application Part (MAP) protocol specifications for the correct handling of USSD notifications.
