Account Balance Report Doesn't Add Product Type for Subscribers that aren't Having 'General Cash' Bucket (Doc ID 1274103.1)

Symptoms

When running the following sort of report from the SMS (Service Management System) screens, in the following menu :

Operator Functions
->Report Functions
-->Apps - CCS
--->Summary
--->Account balance Report (csv)

Here is a screen capture of this selection :

 

There are many records missing the product type tag (column 3) in the csv output file generated.


csv is a format in which values are coma-separated (CSV stands for Coma Separated Values). Column 3 in the sentence above means that the third value will be empty


The lines of the report which are affected are subscribers that do not have a bucket of type "General Cash". These subscribers will not have the product type reported in the CSV report.

Changes

None - This is a known issue with the software, this behavior is not randomly or seldomly happening, it is always the case.
