17101: This Question Group Does Not Exist In Library When Changing Dcm Qg Name

ERROR MESSAGES: 17101: This Question Group does not exist in library.
This error message would apply if user is attempting to change the value in the Library Question Group Name to something which is not in the LOV. However, this should not occur when assigning a DCM Question Group Name.
OC: Definition > DCMs > DCMs > Select a study, query up the DCM's or enter a new one > DCM Question Groups (button) > Select a Library Question Group Name > Save
> Change the DCM Question Group Name to anything not on the LOV > navigate to Library Question Group Name field or press SAVE (button).
At this point you should be able to select an appropriate Library Question Group Name by either selecting from the LOV or typing in something which matches the LOV options. However, the error message is presented instead.
This should not occur when only changing the DCM Question Group Name.
RELATED SETUPS: Library Question Group names are already set up along with appropriate domain assignments.
OCCURRENCE PATTERNS: consistent after applying 126.96.36.199.3 and 188.8.131.52.5. Does not occur on an instance with 184.108.40.206.2.
