Unable To Login To Advanced Planning Command Center Dashboards From EBS (Doc ID 1274466.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to log into the Advanced Planning Command Center dashboards from the Planning Server, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Unable to Log In - An invalid User Name or Password was entered.

The following error also appears in the OBIEE log file:
