Unconstrained Msonwa64 Memory Based Planner 64 bit AIX Errors Signal 9 (Doc ID 1274606.1)

Users are on ASCP Engine/UI RUP#40 running unconstrained plan. The plan was completing just fine through this past Sunday night. Thereafter it fails with the following in MSONWA64 module: Memory Based Planner 64-bit AIX with debug enabled:

Program was terminated by signal 9

No completion options were requested.

APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1403 in afppct

Cause: afppct failed due to ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_CONC_STAT", line 62
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_CONC_STAT", line 113
ORA-06512: at line 1.

The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: and was executed from the file &ERRFILE.

Something is killing the plan run but we don't know what.

Things we looked at:
1. When the plan completed successfully on 05-DEC-2010 it showed the following memory usage in the log file:

Total Planning Time 89:46
Total memory usage: 7939098

2. We had them watch memory and it slammed up to the following before failing:
