Symptoms
Purchase of Plan with Options is not completed as expected.
Have a customer purchase a product (e.g. a product with subscription that applies at account level), then use Customer Center to purchase a plan with options. Choose an optional deal by clicking it and then proceed with the plan purchase. Purchase of the optional deal is not done, despite the fact that purchase of the mandatory deal is done and customer center says that the overall plan purchase was successful.
