SRT is Not Working After Upgrade (Doc ID 1274856.1)

Symptoms

We upgraded ASAP from 5.2.4 to 7.0.1 (build 90) as per the instructions provided in the ASAP 7.0.1 Installation Guide and also installed the SRT. The result is that ASAP is accepting and processing orders directly with CreateOrderByValueRequest submitted to the ASAP.MessageQueue but when the order is submitted through the SRT, it does not get processed.
