When running the Retail Price Management (RPM) batches like newitemlocbatch, we encounter the following error:

11:27:29,007 ERROR [ServiceAccessorProxy] Cannot call service,, via the CommandExecutionService. Rethrowing exception of type: com.retek.platform.exception.RetekAccessorException
11:27:29,007 ERROR [RpmBatch] Batch process failed

No cause associated
<problem>[null, null, Invalid username/password, please try again.]</problem>
