12.1 or 12.2
When attempting to Open forecast set form, search for an existing forecast set, & click on the forecast lines, the following error occurs.

ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small
ORA-06512: at "APPS.MRP_MANAGER_PK", line 2270

FRM-40505: ORACLE error: unable to perform query.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Responsibility > Material Planner.
2. Forecast > Forecast Set
3. Open forecast set form, search for an existing forecast set, click on the forecast lines, the error returned: ORA-6512 at APPS.MRP_MANAGER_PK Line 2270
