In UIM, Optimistic Lock Error When Service Is Created In Concurrent Transactions

In UIM 7.1.1, When you Create more than two concurrent transactions of creating services through Webservice, then UIM throws "Optimistic Lock Error" in WebLogic Logs.

Optimistic locking errors were detected when flushing to the data store. This indicates that some objects were concurrently modified in another transaction.
