In UIM, Optimistic Lock Error When Service Is Created In Concurrent Transactions (Doc ID 1275730.1)

Symptoms

In UIM 7.1.1, When you Create more than two concurrent transactions of creating services through Webservice,  then UIM throws "Optimistic Lock Error" in WebLogic Logs.


UIM Log shows:

"Optimistic locking errors were detected when flushing to the data store. This indicates that some objects were concurrently modified in another transaction."


Complete Error is like:
ERROR [<anonymous>] [FTTxInternetServiceAdapter]
weblogic.transaction.RollbackException: Unexpected exception in beforeCompletion: sync=kodo.runtime.PersistenceManagerImpl@2bd2b2f9
Optimistic locking errors were detected when flushing to the data store. This indicates that some objects were concurrently modified in another transaction. Failed objects: [[ GeographicLocationDAO oid=com.metasolv.impl.entity.GeographicPlaceDAO-10249 !PTDND!=TTFFF id=sl_100 name=ggn description=delhi formattedIdentifier
