Symptoms

When attempting to complete an Order where the Account’s Bill Route Type and Order’s Bill Route Type are different, and the Address Source is Account Override, one of the following errors occurs.


Version field missing
A mandatory field has been left blank. Please enter a valid value and retry your request.
Message number: 3, 253
Call sequence: ;CIPCPAOR;CIPCACPL;CIPCACCP;CIPCENON;CIPCENRP


Country field missing
A mandatory field has been left blank. Please enter a valid value and retry your request.
Message number: 3, 253
