To provide the solution on system hangs when a parent account with 4000+ child accounts is trying to purchase a service.

A parent account has 4000+ non-paying child accounts, while moving single individual account under this parent account using PCM_OP_BILL_GROUP_ADD_MEMBER it is running for more than 2+ hours.
On monitoring the database it doesn't seems to have any offensive SQL's or bottlenecks on db side. Most of the time cm is running and consuming high CPU.
