Maintenance Script in ccsCdrPart PKG on a Cluster SMS May Cause an "Offline - Diskgroup is not available" Error Resulting in Abnormal Database Shutdown

When the /IN/service_packages/CCSPART/bin/CCSCPART_maintenance.sh script from the Charging Control Services (CCS) CDR (Call Data Record) Partitioning (CCSCPART) package is run on a clustered Service Management System (SMS) server, it may cause the following:
- SMS Oracle Database may shutdown abnormally.
- Database cluster group (e.g. rac-proxy-db-rg) may go into state Pending online blocked.
- Cluster Ready Service may go into state Pending online blocked.
- Applications may disconnect from the DB and some services may be impacted.
