In Objectel, Getcircuitcustomer() API Function Is Not Working. (Doc ID 1276836.1)

Symptoms

In Objectel, You have a Circuit C with a Customer assigned to this Circuit C.
When you  try to retrieve Customer details of the Circuit with "GetCircuitCustomer()" API Function,
Function returns empty Entity though there is a "Customer" associated to the Circuit C.
