In ALM 5.2 Users Cannot Run Processes In Command Line Through ESIC

Users are unable to submit an ALM batch with ESIC in 5.2. They use the same command as in 5.1 to submit ALM batch processes, but the Batch Run Id can be initialized but without any response when execute the Task.

Note: The usage of the command is correct:

1. The encrypted password used is the one stored in CSSMS_USR_PROFILE table.

2. The <Ext Unique ID> has the value stored in EXT_BATCH_RUN_ID_MAPPING.

3. The user is the right one.
