Error in Service Request Module: FRM-40106 - No Navigable Items in Destination Block (Doc ID 1277963.1)

Symptoms

Receive FRM-40106: No navigable items in destination block error in the Service Request Module. This problem arises while opening an SR record from the Home Page alerts OR the Service Request Results of Search.

There are 2 scenarios:

Scenario 1: Results of Search (This is true for any status search)

Select the Service Request Module from the Home Page.
On the search screen, enter status of Pending Approval.
Click Search.
Open the Service Request from the Results of Search.
Change the Status to Approved.
Save.
Click on Results from the side bar.
Select another Service Request to open.
Click the OK button.
Will not be able to open other Service Request from search (will continue to get error
message).

Scenario 2: Alert from Homepage

Go to the Application Map. Select Service Request Module
On search screen, click on icon to create new service request.
Enter the required fields. Save.
Under views click on Work Order data. Enter the required data and Save.
Click service request on screen.
Change the status to pending approval.
Go to homepage under alerts click the approval request alert.
Error is displayed.
